With the new COVID-19 virus that has affected the world, and whom the World Health Organization is considering as a pandemic, Governer Inslee has issued new rules on how to care for our senior patients who are most at risk with COViD-19 here in Washington State. See link below:

To continue servicing our homebound residents residing in assisted living facilities or adult family homes, I am requesting to transition my home visits to telemedicine visits, which Medicare is allowing as a covered service, until further notice from the state and federal governments. See link below:

In order to provide telemedicine visits, I am requesting that you sign a telemedicine consent form, which is located in the "Patient Forms" section of this website and return to our office as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding how a telemedicine visit is conducted, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

As recommended by the CDC, please take steps to protect yourselves and others including:

  • Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that has at least 60% alcohol and rub your hands together until dry.

  • Stay away from others if you are sick. Social distancing of at least 6 feet is recommended.

  • Cough or sneeze with a tissue or in your elbow. Wash your hands after.

  • Wear a facemask

  • Clean and disinfect commonly touched surface areas.

Most imporantly, STAY AT HOME if possible. Do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.

God bless and stay safe!

Julie Calderon, ARNP
